1 - Please add this listing to your cart and go through the checkout process. You will NOT be charged anything, but you WILL be asked to enter all necessary info which will help us get your hoop repaired and sent back to you as soon as possible!
2 - To return your hoop to me, collapse it down fully EXACTLY like it was when you received it from us originally. Do NOT put tape, zip ties, or anything else around the hoop...this will further delay the repair process. Just simply collapse it and reconnect the ends.
3 - Put your hoop in the original box, if possible. If you do not have the original box, you can tape two pieces of cardboard together and place the hoop between the layers OR you can wrap the whole hoop in bubble wrap to send it back. You do NOT need any additional packaging material if using a box. The hoop will be just fine by itself!
4 - Go to www.USPS.com and purchase a return shipping label to tape to the outside of the box. I recommend using USPS Priority Service because it's cheap, quick and includes insurance. You are not required to use this service, you are welcome to use UPS or any other carrier you desire. Whichever carrier you choose, you MUST make sure you retain the tracking number in case the hoop gets delayed/lost!
